Return/ Exchange Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:

- Missing pages
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item(s) delivered
- Goods damaged
2. Return/ exchange based on package damaged during shipping and/ or “change of mind” is not accepted by any means.
3. In the event of return/ exchange, kindly notify us at pustakarawangonline@hotmail.com within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt with the order number and photo of defected item(s). We will respond to your request within three (3) working days.
4. Customers who do not notify us within the stipulated time of the return/ exchange request before returning the goods will not be entertained. There will be no refunds, returns or exchange.
5. Return/ exchange are applicable for online purchases only. Goods purchased at our stores will not be accepted.
6. Kindly fill in the Returns Slip for returns/ exchange request. We will notify you within one (1) to three (3) working days.
7. The return/ exchange item(s) can only send to:

8. We will conduct an evaluation within three (3) days starting from the day we received your Return Slip. We will email and WhatsApp you detail regarding the item that need to return/ exchange.

- Customer shall submit the Return Slip to apply for return/ exchange.
- Pustaka Rawang Sdn Bhd will identify the problem with customer and customer shall provide proof to Pustaka Rawang Sdn Bhd.
- If your return is valid, we will notify you and process your replacement.
- If your return is not valid, we will notify you the reasons.
- The shipping cost shall borne by Pustaka Rawang Sdn Bhd if the problem caused by Pustaka Rawang Sdn Bhd.
